My mother had passed away a couple of years ago and there was some persistent unusual activity at my home: footsteps around my bed; 'someone' sitting on my bed and the linen press door opening by itself. I went along to a demonstration Mitchell was going to give at Newcastle Spiritualist church - giving messages from the other side. Although I did not get a message during the demonstration, Mitchell came up to me afterwards when I was alone and asked me if my mother had passed away. I confirmed that this was indeed true. Mitchell told me that he was aware of my mother with me and that there was a very strong connection. Without me speaking or providing any other information, Mitchell continued to describe my house (an unusual white brick house) and that the linen press door was opening by itself on a regular basis.
